Go to "File/Save" and choose the 'YandereSimulator_Data' folder.Once you're done editing it, go back to UABE and make sure your texture is still selected.Check the type and make sure it's 'Texture2D'. (If you used Unity Studio, open the one from step 6!) asset file from 'YandereSimulator_Data' folder. (If you're using both, skip steps 6 and 7.)
